After working in the field of Landscape Architecture for 20+ years, Colleen M. Nolan has developed and coordinated projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration for a wide range of Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Mixed Use, Medical, Schools, Churches, and Housing projects. Areas of expertise include:
- Coordinating proposals and contracts.
- Interfacing with clients and design teams to set expectations and manage deliverables.
- Coordinating project submittals to government agencies, counties and cities for project approvals.
- Managing schedules of support staff.
- Evaluating and designing projects to meet LEED standards and performance measures.
- Providing support for Field Biologists with Habitat Restoration and Mitigation Project surveys and database as well as Conducting Mitigation Monitoring with Field Biologists.
